1. After unpacking, the machine shall be installed according to the installation diagram, and the compressed air source shall be connected. If the air source pressure is 0.6MPa, the valve shall be installed first in the main compressed air pipeline.
2. Open the right door, screw out the oil standard of the oil atomizer, and add clean special engine oil or sewing engine oil. Note: do not bring air pressure when adding oil, and the oil volume should be about 8 minutes.
3. Connect the air source to check whether there is air leakage on each sealing surface. Adjust the air pressure to 0.3~0.4mpa to adjust the oil intake. Generally, spray a drop of oil after several actions. Regularly check the oil injection.
4. Filling volume adjustment: first rotate the filling volume adjustment hand wheel, observe the scale of the indicator window to achieve the required filling volume, at the same time adjust the suction and discharge speed to achieve a satisfactory filling effect, measure the filling volume with the volume, and finally correct the filling volume.
2、 Operation and maintenance of paste filling machine:
1. The filling action of the machine is divided into automatic and manual. When the machine is high, it is manual. When it is manual, it only needs to push the tongue with the bottle mouth to start suction. Pay attention not to hold the tongue during filling. When automatic mode is adopted, bottles must be put under the discharge port first. As soon as the change-over switch is turned to automatic mode, filling will be started immediately, and bottles will be replaced in time.
2. When it is found that the metering is unstable during filling, it should be checked that the feeding check valve may be clamped by sundries, resulting in loose sealing and affecting the filling volume.
3. Material leakage at the lower part of the cylinder block indicates that the piston sealing ring is worn and needs to be replaced.
