1. Usually, the cooling water of mechanical seal shall be connected before startup, and the cooling water shall be cut off after shutdown. Tap water can be used as cooling water. Cooling water pressure ≤ 0.2MPa. Materials must enter the working chamber before starting the machine. In addition, it is necessary to ensure that the machine does not run when the material is cut off, so as to avoid idling and burning out the mechanical seal (mechanical seal) due to high temperature or affecting the service life. Cooling water inlet and outlet connectors are equipped with hose size inner diameter? 5mm leather pipe.
2. After confirming that the mechanical seal cooling water is connected, start the motor, and repeatedly require that the motor rotation should be consistent with the rotation mark of the main shaft before operation. Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited!
3. When using the machine, liquid materials must be continuously input or kept in a certain amount in the container. Avoid idling the machine to avoid damage to the equipment due to high temperature or crystallization and solidification of materials in the work. Idling is strictly prohibited!
4. Generally, materials only need to be fed into trl1 pipeline equipment through the high-level dead weight, and the feed must be continuously input to maintain a good fluidity of materials. When the material fluidity is poor and the viscosity is ≥ 4000cp, the SRH pipeline type equipment inlet shall be equipped with a transfer pump with a pump inlet pressure of 0.3MPa. The selected pump shall be colloid pump (cam rotor pump) and its flow shall match the flow range of the selected pipeline emulsifier. (it shall be greater than the minimum flow value and less than the maximum flow value)
5. It is forbidden for metal scraps or hard and hard debris to enter the working chamber, so as to avoid damaging the working stator, rotor and equipment.
6. In case of abnormal sound or other faults during the operation of the equipment, the equipment shall be shut down immediately for inspection, and shall not be operated until the faults are eliminated. Clean the working chamber, stator and rotor after shutdown.
7. If the process working chamber can be equipped with another insulation layer for cooling or heating materials, the coolant or heat transfer oil shall be connected first when starting up. The working pressure of the insulation interlayer is ≤ 0.2MPa. When the processing has temperature requirements (such as asphalt), it must be heated or cooled to the normal working temperature, turned and started.
8. When the equipment is used in flammable and explosive working environment, explosion-proof motor of corresponding level must be selected.
9. After production, the equipment must be cleaned, so that the working efficiency of the stator and rotor can be maintained and the sealing of the machine can be protected. If necessary, a set of cleaning circulation device shall be designed and installed near the periphery.
10. According to the different media used by users, the inlet and outlet filters must be cleaned regularly to avoid the reduction of feed quantity and the impact on production efficiency. The materials entering the working chamber must be fluid, and dry powder and lump materials are not allowed to enter the machine directly, otherwise, the machine will be blocked and the equipment will be damaged.
11. Check the stator and rotor regularly. If excessive wear is found, replace the corresponding parts in time to ensure the dispersion and emulsification effect.
12. If liquid leakage is found at the shaft during operation, the pressure of the mechanical seal must be adjusted after shutdown. (to be introduced in detail when the instructions for mechanical seal are attached)
13. Before using the equipment, corresponding safety production operation procedures shall be formulated to ensure the safety of operators and equipment. Users of electrical control system shall set up safety protection system and have good and reliable electrical motor grounding device.
