Recently, Yuyao branch of industry and Commerce seized 6 small supermarkets and 3 market stalls selling counterfeit "P & G" goods, such as Hafis, and seized 951 bottles (boxes) of suspected counterfeit "P & G" goods, with a total amount of 12000 yuan.
After receiving the report, the Department of industry and commerce, together with the anti-counterfeiting personnel of P & G, made a surprise inspection on the urban-rural junction and small supermarkets in rural areas, such as shipoqiao village and guoxiangqiao village, Lanjiang street, Yuyao. The inspection found that a total of 6 small supermarkets were selling counterfeit "P & G" goods, involving nearly 10 kinds of "P & G" daily chemical products, such as Piao Rou, panting, haifeisi, Sassoon and Shufujia. Law enforcement officers seized 458 bottles (boxes) of counterfeit "P & G" goods from 6 small supermarkets. It is understood that after using the fake "P & G" shampoo, the scalp will itch and dandruff will increase.
According to the investigation, most of the fake "P & G" products sold by the six small supermarkets were purchased through door-to-door sales, and a small part were purchased from Yuyao Nanmen non-staple food market.
Subsequently, law enforcement officers seized three operators who wholesale and retail counterfeit "P & G" goods in Nanmen non-staple food market, and seized 493 bottles of counterfeit "P & G" goods suspected of trademark infringement on the spot. At present, the 9 operators selling counterfeit "P & G" goods have been put on file for investigation.
